FAQs

How often do my sessions need to occur?

If you are wanting to do 1:1 coaching then sessions can occur as often as once per week to monthly. Sessions do expire after 1 year from the purchase date, so plan your schedule and expectations around this knowledge.

Is coaching a good alternative to therapy?

Coaching is NOT a replacement to therapy. Any big T trauma experiences you want to work through should be done with a licensed therapist. Coaching can be done in addition to therapy, but not in lieu of. If any big T trauma’s come up in a session Rose Moon Coaching will direct these to be processed with a therapist.

What is the cancelation policy?

Our coaching relationship is like any other relationship - built on trust, respect, & honesty. Please cancel up to a half hour before the session. If a client does not show up 15 minutes into the session, it will be considered a no-show and not be refundable. Emergencies do happen and will be discussed when they occur.

How long is each session?

Each session lasts an hour. I suggest purchasing a discounted package of 12 sessions to see lasting change. Otherwise individual sessions are available at full price.
